We provide web development, mobile app development, SaaS platforms, ERP systems, SEO services, and cloud deployment solutions.
All payments must be made as per agreed invoices. GST will be applied as per Indian taxation rules. Delayed payments may result in service suspension.
Project timelines are based on agreed scope. Delays may occur due to client-side dependencies or changes in requirements.
All developed code and systems remain the property of RelieveX Labs until full payment is completed. After payment, ownership is transferred to the client unless stated otherwise.
RelieveX Labs is not liable for indirect damages, loss of business, or data loss resulting from system usage or external factors.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if terms are violated or payments are not completed.
"Company", "We", "Our", and "Us" refer to RelieveX Labs. "Client", "User", and "You" refer to any individual or business using our services. "Services" refer to SaaS platforms, mobile applications, web development, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and related digital solutions provided by RelieveX Labs.
To access certain features such as the client dashboard, project tracking, invoice management, and deliverables, users must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials including tokens, passwords, and access IDs.
Any activity performed using your account will be considered authorized by you. RelieveX Labs is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials.
RelieveX Labs provides a secure client dashboard where users can track project progress, access deliverables, download APK files, view invoices, and monitor development updates in real-time.
Access to project data is restricted to authorized users only. Any attempt to access other users' data, bypass security, or exploit the system is strictly prohibited.
All projects are executed based on the agreed scope defined in estimates, proposals, or documented communication. Any additional features or changes requested after project approval may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.
All invoices generated by RelieveX Labs include applicable GST as per Indian taxation laws. GST will be calculated based on customer location:
Clients are responsible for providing correct GST details. Any errors due to incorrect information will not be the responsibility of RelieveX Labs.
Payments must be made according to agreed milestones or invoice terms. Partial payments may be required before project initiation.
Due to the nature of digital services, payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Refunds, if applicable, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Clients will receive access to deliverables such as APK files, source code, dashboards, and live URLs through the client portal after completion or milestone approval.
Some deliverables may remain restricted until full payment is completed.
RelieveX Labs provides post-deployment support based on agreed service terms. Ongoing maintenance, updates, and enhancements may require separate agreements or pricing.
All client data, project information, and business details are treated as confidential. We do not share or sell client data to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
RelieveX Labs is not liable for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond our control including natural disasters, server outages, government restrictions, or internet failures.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat, India.
